Sagor ("Sagor Kuwait", "Smart Sagor", also operating as TierraKW Transport) provides door-to-door staff transportation in Kuwait — pick-up, drop-off and round trip bus services covering Salmiya, Hawali and Kuwait City. This policy explains what data we collect through ride.smartsagor.com and why.

2. Information We Collect

• Account details: full name, civil ID, phone number and email address when you register.
• Ride details: your area (e.g. Salmiya, Hawali), landmark, pick-up / drop-off shifts, trip type (pick, drop or round trip) and subscription plan.
• Payment references: payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Payzah / KNET). We store only the payment reference and status — never your full card or KNET details.
• Usage data: pages visited, language preference cookie (site_lang), and device/browser information used to keep the service working well.
• Push subscription: if you enable notifications, your browser push endpoint is stored so we can send booking and payment alerts.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To reserve your seat, assign buses and build daily route manifests for drivers.
• To process payments, renewals and refunds.
• To send booking confirmations, schedule reminders and service alerts (in-app and push notifications).
• To improve routes, shift timings and overall service quality.

4. What We Share

We share only what is needed to operate your ride: your name, pick-up point and shift appear on the driver's route manifest for the days you are booked. We never sell your personal data. Payment details are handled directly by the payment gateway under its own privacy terms.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: a language preference cookie (site_lang, 30 days) and session cookies that keep you logged in to the passenger portal. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Data Security & Retention

Your data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorized staff. Booking and payment records are kept as long as your account is active and as required by Kuwaiti regulations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time (see below).

7. Your Rights

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate details (or update them yourself in the passenger portal).
• Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal record-keeping duties.
• Disable push notifications at any time from your browser settings.
